: I am so excited for you all. I would love to hear more about : EVERYTHING! What is it that you powder the latex with? Baby powder? : Glad you all had fun. I used a hand-made body powder, because I had it with me and I was desperate to keep the latex from sticking to itself (actually, I was in my tent with drying latex that was annoying me, and my gaze settled on the body powder, and I thought, Eureka!!! That's it!) I would probably use cornstarch in the long-term (it's cheap, and I don't like the smell of baby powder). We also used shower-to-shower powder at Sirius, because a bottle was brought conveniently into reach. :-) Actually, we did less henna than I thought we would. It was pretty damn hot, some of us had classes to teach or attend, and we had so much fun just hanging out and talking that it was a while before we got around to doing henna :-) The tag-team, full-body henna was a blast (though I never got to see the finished result), Jeremy brought a stack of Alex's fabulous squiggle patterns (the one on my arm has faded, :-( and I really did enjoy just watching other people apply henna. It causes less of a backache, and it's amazing to see how 2 different people approach similar designs. Let's see, what else... the hot tub was grand, though I didn't spend nearly enough time there. The food was just wonderful, we had salmon and clams and mexican food and Fiona made gyozas and Catherine made this wonderful bread over the fire (which I am dying to have again!) and basically, everyone turned out to be really fun, really interesting, and we had a really great time! Can't wait to do it again! Zimra, who is still in withdrawal from all that fun, waaa!
