: I'm working on some 'disclaimer' papers for after the henna is
: applied and wrapped using tape. Does anyone else have anything like
: this? In the vein of, "when the henna is taped down DO NOT lift the
: tape until the henna has been on long enough to stain the skin,
: approx. 4-6 hours and preferably overnight. Lifting the tape before
: this may ruin the henna design, and the artist is not liable for any
: damamges incurred in this manner."

: Does that sound workable?

How 'bout a sticker to put over the tape (or write onto the tape):
"Do NOT disturb until ______ am / pm " in big red letters. Fill in
the time when taping up? Get a commitment from the client as to
whether or not they're willing to go overnight - depending on comfort
vs. depth of stain and all those other issues - then write it on the
potential trouble spot.

: Have you ever had children? Telling children not to do something is
: sort of a hopeless case, and its the same for clients.

"I agree not to disturb this tape until ______ 'o'clock." with
signature of client? Okay, I'm being a little silly, but it's funny
how people think twice when they see their own signature, or when
they're reminded that the countdown is limited and in progress.

If you're really having trouble, I suspect you could take a polaroid
photo before wrapping and give it to them, so they'd have something to
look at and show people while waiting. Add it to the charge.
