Son puts foot in the henna bowl

I was doing henna on myself and my ten year old daughter outdoors on
Saturday afternoon. My eight year old son, outside as well,fell
asleep in the hammock and put his right foot straight into the henna
bowl for several hours! Now his entire right foot is very deeply
stained up to the ankle and his toenails are bright burgundy too. He
hasn't dared go outside barefoot and likely won't for a while!
