Does anyone have information about the FDA regulations re: henna? It was approved for hair color in 1965, but there is nothing out there about approval for use on skin. A petition for amendment to the regulation is required. Has anyone initiated this process? I would appreciate any information on your experiences with this regulation. Also, am interested in making a group effort to make this amendment, as there is strength in numbers.
