Tunisian Henna

Help - I keep hearing that Tunisian Henna, Khettab, Kettab is safe
Black Henna. Actually its not henna but a groundstone. Does anybody
know anything about this. Its suppose to last 3 weeks, I've heard its
used in Tunisia, or Yemen.
