My husband is a lawyer and I asked his advice for Tom/ first see a Dr. if you find that there is permanent damage,such as scarring, you should seek the help of a lawyer(may be too expensive-ask for contingency case) There is definately products liability problems and finding the manufacturer of the henna is a difficult problem. There is liability on the part of the applicator, did they warn you? Do you know where they are? Be careful what you have done to yourselves, it can be dangerous. unfortunately , until you determine if there is permanent damage , there isnot much you can do. If you have a lawyer, get them to wite a a scathing letter on their letterhead and see if you get any sort of results. repara
