That's alot of money! Make sure you have good follow up advertising-do the promoters give you a list/addresses of all the attending brides-to-be? The bridal show I was thinking about doing would've given me that. Along with thier projected wedding dates-so I could call them a couple months ahead of time and remind them they saw me at the show, have you planned the entertainment for your shower, etc., etc... The show I would have done was $995 for 2 days. Too expensive, even with the bride list. My advice to you would be to come up with a "bride special package" where for a flat fee, a certain amount of henna will happen. It gives them a much more concrete idea of cost, rather than "I charge $50 an hour". Granted, I'm sure brides in Beverly Hills are not going to wince at that, but, giving them a package deal makes them more comfortable spending the money. And give out something interesting as advertising-try making quick bookmarks on cardstock or something. When they are marking the pages of the bride magazines, they might use your ad! Good Luck!
