Exfoliate. Soak the design in peroxide. Apply a lotion or face mask
containing Alpha Hydroxy to the area. I believe that St. Ives has an
Alpha Hydroxy mask that works well for this purpose.
I don't recommend using bleach on your skin as it can make a pretty
nasty chemical burn. If you opt to try the bleach, water it down A
LOT! Don't use it straight whatever you do!
