I think setting the mood with appropriate music is part of the magic
of mehndi. It helps us work with intention and focus. To me, this
is such an intimate service - combining two of my favorite things:
art and touch. (I'm a massage therapist and artist and rarely get to
practice my two passions at the same time!)

So, I'll share another great bit of music that I use for Henna-ing is
Djivan Gasparyan: Moon Shines at Night. Takes me back to the
marketplace in Cairo near the baskets of spices...mmmm
