Any business advice for Henna Part-timers?

Greetings, again!
I have a friend who is so busy juggling henna & college that she has
asked me to post this question:

In reference to Catherines' earlier Business Rant, is there any
advice out there for those of us who intend to pursue Henna as a part
time business only?

I know all the old rules apply-business licenses, integrity,
insurance, etc.

Especially for those of us jugging college or other full time work,
we could use a little advice from some of you who have been in
similar situations.
