Gracious Friends

I have to take a moment here to thank everyone who has posted words of
encouragement and thoughts of healing and hope for my Aunt Melanie who
is in the hospital. You may not think that a few words make that big
of a difference, but I feel like I have an army of friends supporting
me, and I have to say that each of you brought a tear to my eye when I
read your posts.

It's not tears of sadness, but more tears of feeling really touched by
all of your kindness and generosity. I apologize if I am being too
sappy here, but words can't explain what you guys have done to lift my
spirits, and help me to feel that I can do something PROACTIVE about
the situation, even being so far away (she's in CA, I'm in
MN)....healing henna, lighting candles, burning incense, saying a few
kind little words at night before going to bed are all I can do to
really send my love....send my hope and strength and courage to her.
Thanks to all of you who have joined me in this quest to help her.

It's a long road, so I promise to keep the list updated on her
condition. I will continue to participate in her recovery....thank
you all for being a big part of her improvements.
