Heat, sweat, and incredibly fresh paste usually do it.....and camphor
wouldn't suprise me. I have a stain on my forearm that I did just
with regular paste, and then q-tipped on camphor spirit several times
(rehydrating it slightly) before I NS'ed it. I didn't wrap, I just
left it on about 3 hours, 70F. Today (2 days after this) The camphor
spirit tweaked henna is a reasonable brown, and the non-spirit henna
beside it is there, but no great shakes. The brown is nothing like I
would have gotten if I'd wrapped, but looks a lot like Rani tube
results. Q-tipping camphor spirit directly onto dry henna may be a
good way to go....do it very carefully though, to not mess up your
design. A q-tip of camphor spirit doesn't have the "gag" factor,
either.
