I also want to stand in support with the rest of us. Both you and
Helena have my deepest sympathies.

It's never easy to lose a loved one. I hope it's some consolation
that their love is still there even if their bodies are not.

I agree with Jewel that doing henna is a meditative, centering, and
spiritual thing. And someone else mentioned the healing powers of
spirals and vines. I also find those to be comforting patterns.

May you have abundant strength, courage, compassion and patience as
you find your way through the path of grief.
