Commercial w/ henned hand in it

I was wondering if anyone saw this commercial, I think its for a car,
I'm not sure. Anyway, there's a second where a hand is held up in
front of the camera and it is completly decorated with henna. I've
only seen the commercial twice, and I haven't been able to get a
really good look at it.
Just wanted to share.
