I just finished it.....what do I do now

Hi! I just got the henna painted on my feet and I had to leave real
fast or I was going to be late for an audition. After it was painted
on I left before I could hear the instructions the lady was giving
me. Could someone PLEASE HELP!!! Right now it is hard and underneath
the hard paint it is orange. What do I do? Isn't it supposed to be
black.
