Going Pro

Many people that I have applied henna to (my friends) have suggested
that I charge for mehndi. I know that at this point, I don't have
enough experience, but it made me think. I would like to one day.
But what is required for this? Licenses? Can I do it out of my home?
If I do it at a place such as a seasonal market, are there any
additional fees/papersork.

Basically, I need to know anything/everything involved in making this
a buisness!
