New Skin seals the henna. It does a hell of a job at it, too! Damn near laminates in on the skin! You don't need lemon sugar at all if you use New Skin. It's not without its drawbacks, and it is best used when you have to immaculatlely preserve teenyweeny fine line work, and have to move impatient clients through quickly. New Skin is a product found in the band aid section of pharmacies and grocery stores. Around here is is $4 for a 1 oz bottle (does half a dozen or more 3" x 4" hennaes) You don't need to do anything else except paint on the New Skin when the henna is totally dry, because your body's natural perspiration rehydrates the henna under a wrap. I can send you the entire "how to " rant, or go to the link below. If you email I can send you jpgs of how the color comes out with it. It has clove oil in it which darkens the henna.
