Dutch Quest for Henna

I'm trying to find some good henna around here in the Netherlands but
it is not very easy. I have a pretty good supply here now, I probably
can dye my hair about a dozen times, but none of it really works on my
skin. Maybe anybody around here is Dutch also and maybe, just maybe
they could help me.
