I get mine every year at Easter in a local cake baking and candy making supply store. They are thinner plastic than cake decorating cones, more supple and responsive to touch. Unfortunately, the ladies who run the shop have not been cooperative enough to tell me what manufacturer they come from ... they do, however, sell me 2000 every Easter. I have plenty. I use them for teaching, and I don't mind selling them, (cheap) but I'm also very happy to send a few free to anyone who asks so they can try them out, and take them in hand to shops to try to find a source. With finely sifted henna, I can pull 22 lines per inch on paper with these cones. On skin (which emits heat and moisture unlike paper) I can get 16 lines per inch. I also like them because I get no hand fatigue whatsoever even in 10 hour henna days. Some people have a hard time with them. I love them. If you want to try some, email me.
