I actually found it at my "local Library." It would be worth the buy,
but I am the "Photo-Copy Queen." You could probably order it through
a good book shop.
It was originally printed in 1930, but this book is new, ordered in
the library Jan 2000.
If you saw the cover, it would be enough to sell you the book.
