I haven't the slightest idea...that's one of the reasons I like to
just quote the stuff ... interpretation can be tricky.
My thought was that it children cry in and of their own accord, just
because they're kids and stuff happens ... and that would be ok
because it would be unavoidable; but if you whalloped on the kid for
some infraction (to make them weep) that wouldn't be cool and might
invite cosmic retribution. Maybe this was a call for mercy,
compassion, fortitude and not inconveniencing the neighborhood with
your slop pots?
