Funny story about that....The annual "I Love Lucy Festival" is in
Jamestown, NY, her birthplace, very near Brushwood Folklore Center ...
and someone told the show organizers that I do henna frequently there.
They called me and were very keen to have me show up and do a big
henna thingie ... but ... I said "Why don't you look at my website
first to see if my henna is exactly what you have in mind?" They even
had boxes of Lucy's original henna, but had no clue it was ever used
for anything but hair. They went back to booking in memorabilia
people.
