I wouldn't go for it: A friend of mine who workes in pharmaceuticals
says that a C.I. prefix usually stands for "Caustic Ingredient", and
the number is the number of a chemical. It is most commonly used for
dyes, so be careful. I would say don't go near it. I've NEVER heard
of a safe black henna paste.
