Dont Navneet's books just blow you away? I love them!
If the massive patterns seem daunting at first .... try them much
enlarged on a convenient thigh. Doing them thigh-size is much easier
than palm size, and you'll be able to gradually work your way smaller.

The patterns, once you get the hang of them, are really, really easy!
