Remember, if you have a class or two you can teach in dance, drumming, arts, astronomy, astrology, yoga, .... any sort of interesting stuff ... email Roy, sroyjones@earthlink.net . If you teach classes, you don't pay the camping fee, but you do have to get in contact with Roy and submit the proposals first. There are usually 500 or so people at Sirius by the weekend, sometimes 800 by the weekend. You're welcome to be there for a few days, or all the days (the fee is per night The best camp spaces and most relaxed times are available early in the week. The most interesting classes and concerts are late in the week. If you are a forum person and want to share meals, cooking and chores in the banquet glade, or camp together, email me. I bring all the cooking hardware, so you don't have to. We henna together evenings under the apple tree ...(Sirius people LOVE henna, I've hennaed there for 10 years now, so everyone comes with skin all ready) and proceeds from hennaeing go to get groceries for the banquet glade. We have all sorts of workshops all ready lines up, and many free concerts! Come play! Children are welcome, when accompanied by parents, and there will be children's programming this year. Sirius Rising is also TAX DEDUCTIBLE for all professional henna artists! Average weather is between 85F and 90F days with 45F at night, but be prepared for the occasional thunderstorm.
