: : I usually keep a little baggie of alcohol prep pads in my henna kit. : Functionally great, but do your clients react emotionally? Even : imagining the sound and then the feel of an alcohol wipe makes me : expect a needle to follow. Unless you have them do it? : Is there a good scent to add to alcohol that will oppose the clinical : feel/smell? Camphor, eucalyptus, menthol, and cloves all can have : those associations for me. (To varying degrees.) Maybe lemon or tea? Yeah, I agree...whenever I smell alcohol I wait for a painful jab in the arm. But we can also think of it this way: we are creating new and happy associations with the smell of rubbing alcohol...people will think of a wonderful henna experience when they go for their shots!
