What a RELIEF! We (my girlfriend &I) thought we wre the only people
who noticed the henna... don't recall anybody else ever mentioning
it, yeah , it probably is Temptu... but I will bet that Renee
Oconner.. oppss sorry about spelling ,Renee... and Lucy Lawless (
(great name) probably liked the designs sooo much that they wear it
for real...... I LOVE that show soo much... YES , the pearl costume
thing is AWESOME!!!! So is the whole Amazon concept thing... despite
the historical innaccuracy.. so what I can't believe that they
mabaged to get SO MANY talented people together to make that great
series... the Costumes are AWESOME... I have been all over the net
trying to find desogns for beaded head dresses stuff... like the head
gear in Xena..... sort of ethnic/primitive... beautiful things...
The offical Xena web site will side a catalogue that has LOTS of neat
posters to choose from...... I think the pearl outfit is one of the
posters... anybody want the address? I will dig it up if ya do!
