Temptu is like waterproof eyeliner -- only more robust. I think it's lacquer-based. It comes in lots of colors in either a paint form or a felt-tip pen form. Paint it on, dust with powder when dry and it stays on for several days -- unless you take it off with alcohol. Definitely not henna, but you can do henna patterns with it -- it's useful for places that don't henna well or when you want a bold and temporary decoration.
