If you don't have real sensitive skin, Sea Breeze undiluted should be
fine. Otherwise, if you do have sensitive skin, you probably could
dilute it with some water or splash water over your skin after using
it...
If you're just using the Sea Breeze to clean the skin before henna
application I don't think you need to dilute it. I honestly don't
think that it'll improve the stain of the henna, but it sure does
smell a hole heck of a lot better than plain alcohol...
