henna symbol on madonna's hand in 'frozen'

At one moment in Madonna's videoclip 'frozen' she shows the palm of
her hand and it shows a 5-like symbol. I've been trying to find the
meaning of that specific symbol for about 3 years now. I've seen it
several times on cd-cases of sopor aëternus, but never is the meaning
of it explained. I consider having it tattoed on my shoulder so i'd
really like to find out what it means.
