Viable Business?

I've been searching and gathering information for a short period of
time and would like to ask if Henna Tattooing would be a reasonable
business opportunity in a small Kansas town? I was thinking about
having a booth at the local festivals or fairs. Could I get some
feedback here? I would appreciate your time and attention.
