I use a Skin Scribe surgical marking pen. You trace the design in
reverse on tracing paper, and transfer with rubbing alcohol or
something alcohol-based. It leaves a purple line that disappears
under henna. I got mine from a tattoo supply place, but I bet you
could get one from your doctor.
