Where can I go to get this artwork done?

I am going to prom this year and I thought that some kind of Henna
art would be really good looking on one of my shoulder blades. But
my only problem is that I have no idea of where to get it done. I
live in Georgia and don't know of a place to get it done. Please
help!!
