Sherman is in the far western part of New York State, it's actually only 1/2 an hour from Erie, Pa. You may not see it on a map other than the site map on their website, because Sherman is incredibly small. I don't think it actually has any traffic lights. Downtown Sherman is 2 blocks long (or less, depending on whether or not you count the car lot). Brushwood Folklore Center is really way out in the sticks. Cows on one side, horses on the other, people camping and having a ripping good time in between. If you're young enough that you need your mom's permission to use ammonia, you'll also need your parents to camp with you at Brushwood. Children are welcome, (and under 12 years they camp free) but only when accompanied by parents.
