Hi Shanon,

I was just wondering, what's the colour of the paste ? The cone does sound suspiciously like the one I had when I did my henna for Eid this year. I bought the cone from an Indian girl who told me that she got it from a supplier in Pakistan. The cone was about 9 - 10" long (I had to manouver the same way you did). The paste was bright green with no suspicious smell, only a slightly strong eucalyptus smell. There's a label on the outside of the cone, "Beauty Mehndi Kone". She told me that the paste will last for more than a month kept in the fridge. I've kept one or two cones for more than a month and though the colour wasn't as vibrant as when I first bought them, the stain was reasonably dark. I normally keep the paste on the skin overnight.

A fresh cone take about just 2 hours to produce a lovely dark brown stain. I was just wondering if they are the same .... :-)
