Do you have to be liscensed?

Hi there. I'm sooo happy I found this site. I'm a full time acupuncture grad student in Baltimore, and I'd like to know if I have to be licensed to practice henna art (mehandi) as a part time business? I'm into tattoos and piercing and would love to do this on the side to make some extra cash while I'm in school. I don't have the time to apprentice for the tattoos or piercing, but figured mehandi would be a possibility. Any replies would be greatly welcomed. Thanks so much.
