Yep all that was done with an overnight wrap with saran wrap, and
wrassling around under the covers, putting pugdogs to bed, sweatting,
all that sort of thing.
I do NS, then TP, then saran wrap, then packing tape. (then fairy
glitter, if it's a client) It's a real mummy case! Rigid, moisture
proof, and very warm. Granted, this may not be ideal for everyone, but
it works for cold old me.
If I think its going to be a HOT night, I lay on extra TP, or go to
the cotton from Sally Beauty Supply (thanks to Eliz. for turning me
onto that wonder!) Cotton fluff will sop up any amount of sweat.
Something about the plastic hothouse atmosphere really kicks up the
color ......perhaps the heat, perhaps the sweat ....probably both.
NS absolutely nails the henna in place. No budging under the wrap
.... and if I'm going to do that kind of detail, I want the damn thing
to stay put. I'll put up with the smell and the inconvenience of
getting the flecks off the next morning if I can guarantee that level
of perfection and intensity of color.
