I did something wrong

I brought a kit from a beauty suppy house. I did everything it said to do, but it turn out real light. Ithought I didn't leave it on log enough, so I did it again. This time I left it on all night. It is still very light, and it looks like it's still faded. Is there anything that will take it off? Please I can't go 3 weeks with it like this.
