I've known about heat for a while, but the mention of steam
specifically sparks a new idea. It should have been obvious,
really. The gym I belong to has a sauna. Duh - why haven't I taken
my hennaed little tootsies in there before?? Steam, heat & sweat. I
may try that this weekend. (And I have arthritis too, CCJ). By the
way, I've missed you all. Haven't seemed to make enough time for
henna lately. Will have to remedy that.
