You get tartaric acid in your food all the time, I don't think it will hurt you. It's used to provide tartness in sour candies and as a low-pH preservative. Saying "synthetic colour" in the contents list, however, is not nearly clear enough. Whatever chemicals are providing the colour MIGHT be dangerous. How much do you love your liver?
