Actually, if you leave it out an additional 36-72 hours, it may
eventually wake up. I made the mistake with this batch of developing
it in the cold and not testing the stain quality before I added the
honey. D'oh! I got an initial wimpy-butt stain but it's slowly
turning a light coffee brown after I used a heating pad.
I was initially going to dump this batch because it takes *too* long
to dry, but I like the suggestion of saving it off to use in future
batches as sticky stuff.
BTW, does anyone happen to know what the shelf life of clove powder
is? I suspect that the reason why my clove powder isn't giving my
paste any kick is because the stuff is almost old enough to go to high
school...:) (yes, I forgot that it was *that* old.)
