Your friend may have seen Sumita Batra's book, in which she has tons
of natural henna designs, but also incorporates a lot of indian body
paints that are called kumkum into her designs. She uses this white
kumkum to do bridal designs in a more "western" fashion. I bet you
anything this is what your friend is looking for ;)~
