: Reading this thread, it occurred to me that it would be interesting : to know what the various forum readers are using as applicators. : So, what's your favourite applicator and why? I have tried many other methods and I always return to my trusty jacquard bottles and metal tips. Why? I like that I can hold it like a pen when I draw. They are very neat and easy to pass around when others want to give it a try. I feel I have more control over the width of the line by switching tips and also with the strength of the squeeze. Clogs are less of a problem. I don't have henna leaking out all over the place. After hennaing for a while my hand gets stronger and doesn't cramp. I have tried but not mastered cones and syringes and am still open to learning, but my all-time favorite is still the bottle. In order of preference: 1. bottle 2. syringe 3. cone
