1/14/00 . i made several from heavy terrycloth (washcloths) folded
in half, machine sew across the bottom and up the side, fill with
about 4 cups rice and 1/2 cup dried lavender flowers then stitch up
the open edge. tube socks work great too !!! microwave 1 - 1 1/2
minutes.
