Well, I went to the local mall on a whim 'cause I wanted to try the henna tattoos. I had remembered seeing some kits at a shop which, unbeknownst to me, had closed. I went to the "fun shop," & asked if they had any & the guy gave me a packet of the stuff, which I didn't really look at too closely - it was only $4.99, so what the heck? The package doesn't say much - no directions for use. The title on it is "Natural Myrtle." It has a "made in India" logo, and it also says "export quality." It came with a round stencil, too. That's about it. It's a fine greenish powder w/some grass or whatever in it. So, being pretty artistic myself, I did a cool band around my wrist, left it on for two hours, and voila! Ended up with a *pale* orange shadow that looks like the tracings of a bad tan. I'm trying another one on my ankle now, to see if it'll be better if I leave it on longer. Also, I had read the henna tips & it said to use lemon juice, so I did, but maybe it doesn't work w/this stuff? Thanks for the response...interesting!
