If you start a complaint list with these organizations, and if it gets long enough, usually they will take their own actions against these lousy businesses. However, you do want to specify that these are propieters of the skin dye which has the PPD additive usually advertised as BLACK henna. Please don't let them get confused with regular pure henna which is safe for the skin. I've never had to deal with a bad business to rat on them. Maybe someone else has more experience and willing to share theirs. Good luck, and don't let them try to tell you that it's just an allergic reaction that only a *few* people break out with. Imagine if they spilled hydrochloric acid on their skin and someone tried cajoling them by telling them the wounds are only "allergic reactions"...
