I would suspect that your clients do have reactions but do not come back to complain. From the research I've seen you are not only harming your innocent clients but yourself as well. I for one will not stop warning people about black so called "henna". I'm sorry if this makes your life more difficult, I'm the daughter of a single mom who raised myself and my brother on a retail wage job so I know what its like. If you want to keep working as a henna artist try the real thing. I've never heard of a reaction to fresh henna powder and lemon (or lime) juice. Not only is it more beautiful and not harmful but it has a magical history to it. You also might want to keep in mind in this day and age when people sue each other at the drop of a hat, one day you will have a client come back with PPD burns and they will go after you for damages. Where will you and your kids be then?
