Black Henna

My 14y old daughter went to Florida with a friends family and came home with a black henna tatoo. It was temporary so I wasn't that upset. About a week later her a her friend black left and they have a horrible rash that is only where the tatoo and looks alot like your pictures. I took her to a emergency room and they gave us some hydrocortisone cream and said if it is not better in a week see a plastic surgeon. They did not seem very knowledgeable about this. I took off the info from your web site but they wer not very concerned. Is this the right treatment. My little girl and her friend were just trying to have some fun in Florida and now have a mess on their arms. How did this happen from somehing they say is temporary ans safe?
