I'm a memberof Gen x and can give you some of my opinions on the matter. I got into henna tatoos partially because I'm afraid to get a real tatoo, and I really like artwork on my body. I mean what work of art is more beautiful than the human body, and what way to accentuate that beauty than to decorate it? My boyfriend and I got into it last summer, when we picked up a little kit at the WQED store at our local mall. It just looked like fun, and I'm always one to try something different. I'd heard of henna tatooing, but never tried it, so we got it and fell in love with it! Although, I will admit that my boyfriend is the more accomplished artist between the two of us, and my skin natrually takes the color better than his... (if anyone has any suggestions on how to work with that please let me know) but I'm a very willing subject. Hope I've helped you at least a little, and feel free to get in touch with me if you would like more of my opinions on it or even just to chat. Best Wishes, Sarah
