Big News! *yaaaaaaay!* (i hope)

Hi all,sorry for my long absence, my computer just decided to tear itself
apart last week, and i finally managed to get it fixed.
Anyways, I had my henna class last week, and while i was telling them
about the horrible dangers of PPD "black henna" paste o' death, one
of my students told me that PPD has recently been outlawed in
Massachusetts! She said that salons were using it to due eyelashes,
and they got into a large mess with blinding customers and so forth.
I had not heard about this, so naturally i was not sure i believed it
at first, but it seems very probable.
